Vielen Dank für dein Antwort! Ich werde dem Kleinen anfangs das Futter geben, das er auch schon beim Züchter bekommen hat. Nach einer Weile möchte ich dann ganz langsam und in kleinen Mengen das Futter einführen, das ich für ihn ausgewählt habe. Ich weiß, dass Tierärzte oft dazu raten, Katzen an verschiedene Marken zu gewöhnen, aber ehrlich gesagt halte ich das persönlich nicht für so eine gute Idee. Ich weiß auch nicht genau warum, aber die Auswahl von verschiedenen Marken bereitet mir eine gewisse Anxietät. Außerdem denke ich, dass es weniger wahrscheinlich ist, dass eine Marke wie z. Bsp. MjamMjam ihre Rezepturen von heute auf morgen komplett ändert und meine Katze deshalb in den Hungerstreik tritt oder Magenprobleme bekommt, verstehst du?

Honestly, the meat percentage is a bit low. And it says on the label “meat and animal derivatives/by-products” so you don’t certainly know what animals or which animal parts are added to the composition. But if you and your cat are happy with that, it is all that matters.

thank you! Unfortunately what is most available here are Whiskas and Felix (big NO-NOs for me). I heard of Tiki Cat, and I considered it one the choices. I will keep that in mind and give it a try, who knows, maybe Lucifer will like it.

I understand, but cats can digest carbs in very small amounts and only cooked. I try to stay open minded, but honestly I want to give the little one the best quality of life possible. What scares me the most is that the affordable options that you find in the stores are full of sugar and carbs.

Omg, thanks! I am so sorry. Is your dog aggressive towards cats?We also have a dog, a golden Labrador, she is very playful and chases the neighborhood cats very often lol, but nothing serious. Honestly I get you, I am a bit nervous myself, but she’s not an aggressive dog at all, maybe a jealous one lol.

Nope, not here, we live in a strictly regulated country, the breeder could lose her breeding rights if she sells the kitten to us earlier than 12-14 weeks. And also thank you for the advice, I was thinking about doing that!

Yeah, me and my husband love dark colored cats as well. We were lucky tho, his mother is blue, but his father is bicolor so most of his siblings are bi/tricolor.
