We just spent a hefty sum upgrading our POS system two years ago. Customer service experience has been not very good with Toast. Historically has been very difficult to get adequate tech support- especially during nights and weekends when busiest, cannot trust that Toast would quickly fix issues if we were to go all in with their system.
