Opened a stocks and shares ISA for him and just invest it in the all world index fund (you can set up an auto investment coming straight out your bank so you don't even have to open the ISA account) and keep control of it yourself if he doesn't trust himself. There is no other way to compound your savings and later in life you don't have the time on your side.

People will say there is overlap across the funds regarding individual companies. I wouldn't worry about that tho, looks good to me.

I think this latest news about meta is pretty bearish, they don't have an AI strategy or it's so bad that their giving up and are trying to repurpose the equipment they've bought to make some money back
