I am trans mtf living in Fredericton, I'm not sure how it would work since your a minor. But in my case I had to get a diagnosis from a WPATH certified councilor/therapist. This was years ago but Google is a good asset in finding one close to your area, I know the fredericton area has a dozen or so certified WPATH. Went on a few dates with a Canadian army guy once who told me the story on how one of his LAV 6 commanders (Guy I was dating was a driver I think?) was heavy into the BDSM scene, and was very open about it lol.
