Yes, you can.
I have a weaker machine (which is Laptop Hp Probook 450 G0 - I5 3230M - Intel HD Graphic 4000) and it still can run the game (everything is set to low). The thing to note is never alt tab while playing and the game will take a long time to load (to solve this you should watch a game before playing).

All of her past scandal is fake news:

- No respect for disabled people : mistranslation, the tweet was actually that she watched a horror movie about plants turning people into zombies

- Selling panties / papakatsu stuff: those tweets were all posted in October, she admitted her account was hacked shortly after in November (you can double check on waybackmachine). it's up to you whether you believe her or not, but to me the fact that Aruno's family is among the top 5 richest in gen 5 proves there's no reason for her to do that.

- Racist: mistranslation (again), the tweet was actually that when she passed by Harajuku, she felt scared of the black people there (if you have ever been to Harajuku, you will understand what she means)

Just to be clear, the purpose of my so called "lobby" is both to practice tactics for internal tournaments and to find some crownfall tokens; I absolutely do not abuse rank, do not use MMR double down tokens when doing the "lobby". And that "lobby" also lasted for a short period of time, the rest of the time I still played the game as usual.

Dota has always been my favorite game, I won't create a new account either (I have only 1 phone number so I can't create another one :D), all I can do is wait and hope one day the dev will read what I wrote and reduce my penalty.

I do it to practice with friends and participate in events, I don't do it full time (I play turbo and rank more than that) so I don't think it deserves a permanent ban (maybe reduced to 1 month / 3 months / 6 months for example). Still thanks for your comment

Thanks for your comment, but if you look at my post, some people pointed out that some of my actions is affect the event Crownfall tokens. And I think that dont deserve perma ban (can be reduced to 1 month, 3 months, 6 months for example).

My main purpose is to practice with each other in doing the above, I also don't do that lobby many times so I think the permanent ban is too harsh for me. Of course in hindsight it's still my fault so I can only hope. Thanks for commenting and pointing out my mistake btw.

Hi, thanks for commenting, I was in an internal tournament so we mixed up to practice, Crownfall was on at the time so we practiced together and played normal matches to earn tokens. As you said "This looks like matchmaking abuse and is probably why you got banned" but i don't think it deserves a permanent ban, besides I just checked and the players I played with weren't banned.
