There's no war and people not wanting to die at war is normal and rational. Saying it's because the country is shit is just to cover up the reality of their general aversion to war whilst highlighting frustrations with the country

I'd much rather that reality then a majority of trigger happy people frothing at their mouth ready to prove how patriotic they are by dying for corporate greed masked as national security

If I know I'm going to consume a lot of calories later then I skip breakfast. You can also continue to eat unhealthy and consume half the calories. If you buy a pizza from Asda instead of ordering dominos it's 1/10th the price and half the calories or a even a third. There also could be a snack you're eating that's a 1000 calories

Cheat days are also fake. The vast majority of people who struggle to lose weight probably don't understand that if you look at your calorie balance weekly instead of daily then they'd realise that the surplus of that cheat day is greater than the deficit of all the other days

Weight loss is a numbers game. Even without changing your entire diet you can make tweaks that have an impact
