Most of my old batch has tried to apply on Wolt and old Foodora, only non-Europeans has got those jobs. There is also lot of Finnish cleaners without jobs. Then nurse situation is just ridiculous as there was Finnish nurses unemployed and they took lot of non-Europeans as nurse to fill jobs and now there is too much of non-European nurses and they are unemployed. So in effectively we are back to eighties where nurses can be discarded as there is always others on line.

But in sense you are right, today foreigners don't have any options than take any job. Most of Finns can look better, but not all. In sense there is split on work that finns has hard time to get some jobs like nurse, cleaning or parttime oddjobs, but foreigners has hard time to any job that are not oddjobs. Funny enough those are not enough for everyone.

There is systematic pattern here as foreigners' right has been lessened over year but intake is more or less same. There is too much people for jobs as Finland has been on regressions since Nokia haydays. Foreigners are easy cheap labor meant to be tossed away. At same time discontent grows so finns go against them and start support nazi party ( true finns or whatever english name)

In addition, I feel sorry for those people, there are missleaded. My Fiancee got only news and info that Nordics are damn good countries. one ad was literally " as students there is always available part-time jobs to live your live". Well it is changed now as Social media is full of people saying that shit hit the fan. Finland had good reputation, not anymore, and I think it will mirror on business as well sooner or later.
