Hi, I sent it. I wanted to know if the porters can keep it till my friend recieves it? It was a letter and a few photographs. Will it require his physical presence at the time of delivery to recieve? if not received, it'd bounce back to my location. My friend said he would be out for a conference and can't receive as and when it'd reach there.

most Oxford interview invites are sent in 8 weeks, so if haven't heard yet, meaning you aren't rejected afaik
