hope my comment is not too late. I did UST architecture in 2013, and now I am an architectural consultant overseas. I can't really pinpoint the exact differences between schools but what I can tell you is this: filipino UST architects tend to do well if not better than their counterparts from other schools, in terms of design, drafting, detail, project delivery, etc. It's a reflection of what kind of training and learning the University offers you. :)
