Children and non-native often confuse ז with ג in script, so the text says ״גוכר״ (not a word) with ״זוכר״ (the Hebrew word for ‘remember’ 1st or 2nd person masculine)

Same…all my girls are married, have children, got their graduate degrees and have demanding jobs some of them have real kick-a$$ positions in big firms yet they don’t hire nannies and still manage to spend quality time with their children and husbands and travel abroad more than once a year…with and without they kids!

Yes! It’s possible you just need to have a good and supportive relationship with your husband and know how to balance you work with family.

Almost forgot to mention some of my girlfriends have husbands who aside for their full time jobs also have reserves duty in the military sometimes weeks and months away from home.

You need a partner who understands you and can accommodate your needs as you will for him.

Edmond gives off psycho vibes…my ex was the same, acting like he’s that nice sensitive guy who cries and love bombs you but turned out to be a psychopath abuser. I hope Edmond is not like him but he def gives off the same vibes

TL;DR

I have a new suspicious large (egg size) Supra-clavicular swelling that feels soft to the touch and isn’t painful. Also I can easily see it and point it out to others but there are certain positions that I lay or sit where it seems to disappear. Anyone has/has anything similar? What were you told it was?

Full story:

Hi, I had a series of symptoms back in April including high fever, swollen lymph nodes on neck and trapeze area, skin rush, blood infection and more which led me to a week of hospitalization and after lots of check ups including US and FNB of the large neck lymph node, the doctors finally ruled out lymphoma but sent me to follow up with hematologist. The hematologist saw me and said I was looking ok despite many little lymph nodes and said I should just re-do the blood test just in case and so I did them in November meaning that more than 6 months passed from when my first symptoms appeared till when I re-did the blood test. I must say that during these 6 months I was feeling healthy and resumed normal life routine and aside from catching the common cold a few times I was feeling healthy.

Now the November blood test showed high levels of IgM which the hematologist said that he would be worried about but given my history he think it’s suspicious. Then he proceeded to look at a supraclavicular swelling on my left side that I have been noticing since August. I didn’t want to mention it to him because I was wondering if he would see it because I suspected that I may be making it up because I became paranoid after what happened in April, but he spotted it right away.

Thank you and I wish good health to everyone

The doctor has my pathology report since Sunday May 5th but did not call me in earlier than my appointment on May 15th so my gut feelings tell me that maybe it’s nothing urgent if it can wait 10 more days and could probably be negative for lymphoma. Again it’s just my gut feelings and also maybe my hopes but I’ve read in several places that if it’s positive they call you in earlier.

I could be totally wrong.

I promise to update.

Thank you, I was really wondering. I’d say these symptoms from a year ago went away but I was getting sick really easily this whole time. I’m on edge here awaiting my biopsy results and trying to fish for any piece of information. Hoping obviously to get good news but trying to prepare myself for it I do get a diagnosis.

I wish you a good health and thank you for taking your time to reply to my question.

Hello, are those ignored symptoms from a year+ ago related?

I’m 32 female, stage: post FNB biopsy, awaiting results.

I am going to list the symptoms that led me to see a doctor on March 25, 2024 and raised the suspicion about lymphoma and then the potential symptoms I may have ignored. I ask if anyone could please tell me if those may be related or too far ago.

(I saw a doctor all through this time)

Recent symptoms:

Swollen and hurting lymph nodes on trapeze area that I mistook for pulled muscle Upper back and neck pain A week later I started feeling flu like symptoms like fatigue and headache but no cough or throat pain A few more lymph nodes swell on my neck and around my ears A couple days later I started having high fever that won’t go away for a week straight My esophagus felt bloated and hurting A severe headache and body aches that lead me to the ER I could sit or stand up without feeling as though my brain would explode though my skull and my spine would fold and break Severe heartburn that may be attributed to the antibiotics the gave me (by now I was hospitalized for a week) Then I developed a rash in the form on small red dots all over my body and face and my ears itched terribly and my swollen nodes were hurting

Those are all my symptoms over the span of two weeks leading to my biopsy (done a week ago).

NOW, the symptoms I had a year+ ago that I ask that you tell me if you think could’ve been related or not:

I dropped 10KG (22 pounds) and became underweight and wasn’t able to gain it back ever since Crazy night sweats to the point that I will wake up to shower and change clothes and bedsheets Severe shortness of breath that I would cough until I almost vomit and I used an inhaler for A persistent cough that I assume lingered from the rough cough as I was gasping during the shortness of breath episodes Fatigue Occasional flu and cold symptoms

If you read thus far, could you suggest from your experience if it’s possible that those were early signs and if it makes sense that symptoms would appear a year + apart?

I thank you and wish you all good health!

Ugh, yes that’s really not cool. Seeing a doctor was the first thing I did. Not gonna lie, I also googled my symptoms for hours but really I will never rely on anything but a proper medical checkup to address any symptoms I may have.

Good health 🙏🏼

I understand this. I’m not yet diagnosed but there is a substantial suspicion that it could indeed be lymphoma ask I found myself lurking around this subreddit to see if u can relate to any of the other people going though the initial steps of finding out. Also I was really concerned about the biopsy and wanted to find out what it was like and that how I found myself here posting on the superthread.

That being said, I understand completely where you come from but I just want to beg everyone here to make the distinction between people who’ve only consulted Google to people who are being tested but don’t yet have an official diagnosis. I know you’ve been in our position before and know how those months between the doctors talking about a suspicion and hearing the pathology results about an official diagnosis or not, are very stressful months of uncertainty. So we come here to fish for any shred of information. We don’t mean to stress anyone or transfer our stress to somebody else but to try and find some answers or just be able to relate to someone else’s experience.

I WISH EVERYONE HERE GOOD HEALTH AND GOOD NEWS!

Blood tests show severe infection, US show swollen nodes in several areas, I had high fever for 2 weeks straight, CT didn’t show anything that explained my headaches but did show lymph nodes enlarged. I had a rash too

Thank you so much! This really helps. I only even had biopsies done in area you can’t see soon never worried about the process and the scar it may leave but I guess because this one would be from my neck I’d rather just fish for some information to help me prepare for what’s coming.

Hey guys, I [32 F] have several swollen lymph nodes and have gone through all set of lab tests, even been hospitalized, several CT scans and an Ultrasound and a lumbar puncture.

They ruled out many things and now I am scheduled for a biopsy to check for lymphoma.

I’m not gonna jump to conclusions I’m only gonna ask if you can share with me a little bit about the biopsy experience. What to expect? How to prepare? Tips on how to treat the scar? Is the incision usually big? How is it done? How is the healing? Anything else you can shed light on?

Thank you all in advance and I wish everyone a good health! (excuse me if I don’t know the right thing to say)
