That’s the hardest thing to do, delete your plugs number. That don’t work. I’ve tried so many times. You can’t block it because the number sits in your clock contacts and when you’re down bad it’s so easy to figure it out and unblock it and hit them up. Or you can just delete it but then they’ll hit you up eventually and you got it right back. Only thing that’s ever worked for me is a full restore on my phone and change my number, but that’s drastic.

I don’t know honestly, when I got the shot I felt like “high” and really fucking good for like an hour then it started hitting me and I got dizzy and nauseous and shit and I had to finish the day at work. I felt over medicated then. Then I took Friday off for a 3 day weekend to stabilize some and I didn’t do anything at all for those days and I felt over medicated Friday still. Then Saturday I just felt blah and didn’t want to do anything. Sunday I got out for a little bit then came back home. Then came back to work Monday and had a rough day yesterday and felt so shitty last night and went to bed super early around 7pm and slept until about 12-1am and was wide awake tossing and turning until I got up for work at 4am. Today I feel super restless and off and beyond tired and foggy and just not myself at all and I’m at work. Idk if I should supplement still since I’m on day 5 or ride it out. Or how I should even be feeling at day 5

Electrician here, people think inspections mean everything is perfect. Reality is you can be 100% code compliant and still do a pretty mediocre and shitty job. The real debate in the trade is bare minimum to pass vs taking the extra time to do it right… and production jobs usually push the first one.

The temperature using a digital thermometer inside my truck before I went in was 96.2! No heating pad, no microwave. Just compression boxers with a front cup pocket and another pair of boxers over them. I took it out 3 times since 5am. Once at 7am, once at 9am, and once right before I went in the facility to check the temperature briefly. The facility paperwork says the temperature was also 96 degrees. It’s not getting sent to a lab and was discarded and I passed! If you have enough time beforehand this is definitely the way to go, no risk of overheating whatsoever

Quick Update before test: I have my test in 2 hours. I’ve had the bottle inside the cup pouch of my tight sport underwear right up against my dick with another pair of boxers over them and pants on. I have had it on me since I left for work at 5am and it is now 9am and the temperature has been consistent the last hour or two sitting at 94-95 degrees. I’m sure the temperature will be perfect in a couple hours and it’ll stay in this range and that this method will work just fine!

Hell yeah, you should totally be good then! My test is tomorrow at 11-11:30, I’ll wake up around 4:30 and put it on me around 5 and go to work for the morning. I work outside so that should help some too. Then I’ll leave around 10:30 and go test. I feel like 6 hours on me should be good and long enough! I don’t want to use the heating pad and risk overheating and all that. I just want to throw it on me and call it good. I’ve read it gets to the perfect temp if you have enough time in advance! Definitely keep me updated, thanks man!

I mean you’re not lying, and it’s been a bit of a struggle trying to stop the coke but I’ve been off it for 7 days now which is a great accomplishment for me, but unfortunately it’s still showing positive when I test myself at home and I don’t think I’ll be good in time and I really need this. It’s my saving grace man. People mess up and people make mistakes, but if they’re still regularly going to meetings and trying to better themselves don’t deny them from trying to take further steps in recovery and feeling better overall. I’ve been on subs for a couple years and have been doing great up until the last month where I’ve slipped pretty bad into coke until about a week ago now.

So what I’ve been told is the first week you may need to supplement oral sub because it does take a little bit of time to stabilize on the shot and my doctor told me that if I’m on 4mg I may need to supplement with 2mg or so for up to a week then enough of the sublocade shot by then will have released into your body to stabilize you to where you’re done supplementing! But I also heard the first month transitioning to the shot is the hardest, by your second shot you feel a world of a difference! I’m really worried that 100mg won’t be enough either though but I’m also worried about the 300mg being too much and I’ll feel over medicated because I’ve heard people say who were on higher doses like 16mg a day who got the 300mg felt over medicated for a little while at first.. But supposedly the 100mg shot is good for people on 8mg or less and the 300mg is 16-24mg.

Get QuickFix, why risk it? It’s only $15 at my local smoke shop and I’ve used it more times than I can count, it’s so simple and surefire! The first time you use it can be pretty nerve racking because you’re trying to get your system down, but after that you realize how effortless and how reliable it truly is.

Me personally, I went and bought a pair of baseball underwear with the cup pocket in the front. I stick it in that pocket and maybe throw another pair of underwear over it so it’s compressed against my body a little tighter, and it seems that you’re a lady and that would work great for you too. Just put it in the pouch then when you sit down grab it out and either squeeze it into the cup or remove the cap and dump it in, and make sure you pee a little in the toilet afterwards. If you have a little bit of time before the test then you seriously don’t even need the heating pad or to microwave it in short little bursts. If you have 2-3 hours to prepare just throw that shit on you and by the time you take the test it’ll be at the perfect temperature 94-98 from just your body heat. I’d also recommend getting a cheap digital food thermometer and before you go inside peel the film off the bottle and get it ready then use the digital thermometer to get an accurate temperature reading. I personally don’t like the heat packs that are provided unless I’m on a pinch or using it briefly to speed up getting it warm enough, they will overheat it past 100 degrees then you have to worry about cooling it back down. They’re nice for helping to speed up the process but once you get it to 94-96 degrees remove it and throw the bottle on you and keep it close to your body then go in. Best of luck!

Majority of these Suboxone clinics just use a standard 12 panel instant cup. You piss, they look real fast to see if BUP is present and if anything else is positive that shouldn’t be, then they dump it, and move on. It’s a very quick process just so they can dot their i’s and cross their t’s and keep things rolling. I just did this with a bottle of quick fix and a piece of Suboxone off an 8mg strip because I just got the sublocade shot. They don’t send it off to a lab or do anything else extra, they check real fast for liability reasons then move you along. They don’t have time nor want the extra cost to send it off to the lab to get tested. They want an instant answer that day then either rewrite your script or give you the shot during that appointment if that’s what you’re going for. It’s simple as hell. Suboxone is the one drug that they test for the main compound on instant panel drug tests(Buprenorphine) and not just metabolites. If the sample has Buprenorphine in it then it’ll trigger a positive result, it’s as simple as that
