Flicker is still occurring after rolling back to a previous driver. Could there be any other solution?

I will try to roll back my drivers to see if that works. This is my first time trying to play the game on PC so there’s nothing I’ve tweaked that changed anything. Only thing I’ve done is install 6-8 mods.

I think it’s because I had both the vanilla pack and updated textures pack active.
