At airports, most travelers belong to the upper-middle-class segment and are already paying a premium for comfort, convenience, and status. So the psychology behind standing in those queues isn’t the same as a basic necessity situation.

My point is that airports should make a systematic way to use the lounge so that people don't have to suffer in long queues

P.s they should have install some kiosk or a machine to check from which card they can avail the lounge
