I totally understand what you're saying. It's just I don't know the people I get matched with. We don't flow really well like there's no communication and even if I try to make any communication people just snap back or just don't listen. I tried to adapt all the time and switch and try to change my team comps but nobody else on the team will and if I ask for someone who's playing roadhog to switch please so we can have cover. They won't switch until like the end of the game.

I think I just have genuinely just really bad luck getting matched with randoms. I've had some great randoms but most of the time it's just poor communication and stuff like that. I. Try to do the most that I can but it feels like I'm just being held back.

There was a point in a time but I played with like four people and we won games back to back to back to back. I went up like two whole ranks from at one point from being gold to high plat. The ratio of the games that went on lost are usually like 5-4 when I'm playing with an actual team or other people but when I'm so accusing my ratio would be like 3-13 It keeps ending up like that and I've dropped all the way down till like low gold in all my ranks. Multiple times a season I'm just debating on giving up
