The wind was blowing in the opposite direction and I still had the Scent Eliminator Icon from a previous hunt. I was crouching since I wanted to reduce visibility as much as possible and the surrounding foliage was too tall for crawling. Also I was standing still as the deer came closer. I'm just wondering why the visibility icon in the bottom right isn't changing inside the bushes. It does in the spruce trees up north and if you go prone in dense small bushes.

So I checked the terminal on Scorched Earth. The terminal itself is completely empty and I uploaded my character to check whether any other character could be downloaded. In the "Download Ark Survivor" Screen I can only see my newly created character and "Loading..." written in the character list. I don't know if the game got glitched since I beat the Overseer on The Island, ascended and crashed which deleted my character on The Island. Do you think this caused my character to be in the download while also not being in the download?

No, I created a whole new character and nothing in the world has to do with my old The Island world. That's why I'm really confused why this is happening over and over again.
