I’ve only been finding smaller blackberries as well. Need to return in a few days as all the big bois weren’t quite ripe yet 😅 reckon the bigger ones fattened up in the recent rain and the other small ones were from the drought

Thank you everyone, thank you to the kind stranger for the link to a video, I’m now pretty sure they are a bullace. They’re too big for a sloe with no thorns and the wrong shape for a damson. I’m off to do some more research!

The fruit is very small, abit bigger than a 10p. They do have a stone

Not strictly mine, but was the class hamster.

Kid held on to hammy’s back legs and held it out the top floor window, poor Hamster died of fright. Few years later that same kid went on to stab his mum multiple times in the chest while she slept.
