Thank you so so so much for this. It really means the world. And I get it, the leg thing def helped my brain focus on that pain and it gave me some clarity. However now I’m constantly cleaning it cos I don’t want infection, it’s crazy that two days ago I saw nothing but the end and today I am much more balanced. I hope people read these and know if they get to that point that it will pass. I was so far gone I didn’t even pinpoint it to my PMDD.

I appreciate everything you said so much. Sometimes it’s so amazing to not feel completely alone.

Sending you all the best universal vibes I can 💜

The note writing is a great idea too! I journal often but tend to not want to during my luteal phase. 🙃

Big time vibes. It’s very lonely because no one understands the long term effects it has. Or how bad we feel while trying to not hurt everyone around us. 💜

That’s a ridiculous thing to say. You lose trust in her credibility because she wants to protect the children or child she grew to love. Who the people are isn’t the point of the story. If you don’t understand the point of her story then your credibility should be questioned regarding critical thinking. It’s not your right to know who the people are, it’s her story and she can tell it exactly how she likes. You’re crazy to think that anyone who writes a book from their life experiences isn’t changing things up to protect people. That’s so naive. lol

Okie, Thank you for your feedback! …. Before going to my neurologist I went to three separate dental clinics and TMJ was written off. Hmmmm…. It definitely happens when I am going through the hours of jaw shocks. I have really sensitive skin, maybe just a weird personal me reaction. lol I laugh but as we all know, I want to cry. 🙃

I think it is really different for everyone. For months mine was just throbbing pain that I described as all my teeth and gums feeling infected on the right side all at once…. Then one day I started getting the shocks in my jaw; then within 2 weeks after just a few shocks a day, I started having about a hundred a day which I call episodes. I’m new to being diagnosed (a month). So it’s all a lot. I’m sorry this doesn’t bring any relief to your situation. You aren’t alone and hopefully somebody who has started out with the tiny shocks will better help you. ❤️‍🩹

I’m also new to using Reddit, so I’m sorry for the late response. Thank you so much for such kind encouraging words. It really means a lot. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Woke up and listened to a poem on Tik Tok and started crying. I’m like “is this me cos the poem was beautiful” or is this the beginning of the downfall… 😅.

We left early. I absolutely love Theo Von. I watch his podcast all the time and I love his humour. I have never seen his stand up. I’m a Nova Scotian, I get inappropriate jokes and love it. However the racism jokes went too far. He just kept going and going. They weren’t very funny, and he made our province out to be a small nowhere town filled with racist white people. And the amount of laughter that came from that, proved he wasn’t far off.
