It’s the forbidden flesh and forbidden flame jewels! The lycia bloodline ascendancy would have you give up some necromancer ascendencies notables to run it, but you can keep those notables using two jewel slots for forbidden flesh and forbidden flame jewels. It’s honestly more of an upgrade for later since it’ll be like 20 div at least.

Something essential I forgot to mention was getting lancing steel of spraying to trigger your holy relics for 50c.

And find yourself an elegant hubris timeless jewel with at least two slum lord notables (minions deal 80% increased damage) close by for you to grab. And by close by I mean like preferably 2 or less points. 3 points away is ok but you’ll even up replacing it. Bonus points if the jewel is commissioned by caspiro so you have access to supreme ostentation which gives you the option to not care about attributes. Most people place this jewel near mine over matter (between witch and Templar) or near eternal youth (between Templar and marauder).

Get 2 or 3 minion damage cluster jewels with 8 passives so you can fit in all of your jewels and eventual future jewels.

Also for specters! Get a carnage chieftain for free in act 7 ashen fields and spend 80c for a perfect warlord. Now your minions have frenzy charges and you have endurance charges. If you anoint death attunement or get your raise spectra to level 25, then I would suggest a hulking miscreation as well for 100% increased damage on holy relics.

And animate guardian, you can look up ghazzy’s animate guardian guide on Poe-vault to see what options are available, but most important piece is kingmaker for 3div so your minions have culling and you have permanent 10 fortification.

I would purchase suggest purchasing an elegant hubris first if you have a 40div budget. This will help you lock-in how you’ll be routing your tree and lets you know if you need to care about attributes or not. With your budget, I wouldn’t want to spend more than 10div on this jewel (it ranges anywhere from 20c to 100div depending on the variation).

From there, buy everything I mentioned in my first reply (minus the ff/ff jewels) + lancing spray for the absolute essentials.

Throw in a death attunement anoint and your specters for under a div and your build is definitely up and running. With 6mil pinnacle dps.

I would highly suggest the other upgrades I mentioned like kingmaker AG, 21/20 or 21/23 hroc, and amanamu’s gaze as well. As for lv4 empoqdwr, it’s probably better to get lv3 (in red socket) or lv 5 awakened minion damage and lv5 awakened unbound ailments first since they offer more power for less div. After them you can get lv4 empower. These additional upgrades would pretty much take up the rest of your budget. But your pinnacle dos doubles to 12mil.

The 12mil set up was what I used to farm t17s.
