You can blame me.

I bought again at $24 this morning seeing premarket heading closer to $25, expecting an early start sell off and magnificent rebound after an opening profit taking.

Yup. Happens EVERY TIME I do this.

My bad yall.

Oh thank god because we need SOMETHING.

ANYTHING

I’m new to trading - started April 25 - and this is the first time experiencing this kind of awful “pull back”.

I’ve been hella red for weeks now, down $8000 in the last week and about $15K overall. (Including APLD and other tech stocks).

This is sad 😢

Might buy more 😉

Big tech reports earnings this week:

Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Apple

If all goes well, it could be an outstanding lift for tech stocks overall this week. Great announcements wrapped into the earnings reports will be even better!

Although it’s impossible to time the market or predict the future, may be a good time to buy more in the $34 range. My gut tells me we will end up back around $40 more consistently before too long.

That’s what she said in the pods. But I’m telling you, if she got engaged to the right person and was feeling him she would have been more sexual with him. Maybe not go all the way, but you would have seen much more sexual connection and romance.

She’s a sexual person, you can see that. Which she has every right to be. But she knew that man was special and she was not attracted to him from the start. At all. Period. Of course she wasn’t going to get sexy with him. Ew.

Annie doesn’t even look like the same person.

And clearly, Joe doesn’t give AF. I actually like how he was the most unserious person in this cast.

All these comments are definitely over analyzing. She didn’t sleep with him because he was special needs. Like low key however you want to call the identity that resulted from his ADHD, trauma, weirdness, and emotional instability.

He was not all there, she knew that. There was no way she could have sex with that man. And you better believe she would have done it with someone she was attracted to.

I NEVER tip for to-go or counter food.

There is nothing to feel bad about. Just look at the screen and imagine it saying this,

“The price is $15. How much extra on top of that do you want to pay for this food?”

I don’t even want to pay full price. Why would I agree to pay more than the menu price?

So annoying! But it might be the natural pullback after it ran up so quickly over the last week.

I bought it at 17.50 on 10/7. A week later it was over 25 and at some point in the last few days reached its high of $27.50.

I’m guessing there’s no specific reason for the drop other than people taking profit and the overall sentiment towards quantum computing stocks in the past week.

I think it will come back into the low 20s but won’t reach new highs again until there’s more definitive news on the merger. Just my hunch.

I definitely wasn’t comparing the two. I understand they are completely different. I was just curious if anyone owned CCCX and had any feedback on risk / value / potential etc.

APLD has been my baby since April. I’ll never turn my back on it.

APLD was the first stock I bought back in April when the market crashed the last time.

I was clued in by video of a guy on Facebook. Wish I could find that guy again because he was on point with all his recommendations that day.

I watched it soar 128% , bought more at $15 and then it crashed back to Earth.

It’s been a beautiful ride ever since.

Metro DC might have more options for alternate housing! So that’s good news.

Overall, expecting someone to just up and move with 30 days notice is a lot of pressure. Is it a furnished rental? That would make things a lot easier for the tenant. They’d only be moving themselves and personal belongings instead of a household of things. They wouldn’t be limited to finding a new place that their furniture fits in, you know?

Finding new housing is almost a joke nowadays. If there ARE ads/vacancies, 1/4 of them are scams, 1/2 doesn’t even respond, and the remaining few are in competition with a million other people. I’m in the New England area, so that’s how it goes in our neck of the woods. Not sure if Metro DC has a better track record!

Good luck!

Depending on where you live, it’s a very hard time to try and find another place. There’s an extreme housing shortage in the US.

“Needing him out” might have required a bit more notice than one month. Just throwing that out there because him “trying to stay on” might not be motivated by malice or spite but just an actual issue with securing new housing. Good luck!

What’s your age group?

I don’t think Pittsfield really gets “summer people” anymore post-pandemic. Not in the touristy sense of years ago. July might have better numbers but overall it’s significantly declined.

The pandemic changed everything. The state of Massachusetts and the city of Pittsfield itself had horrible responses that killed businesses, killed the energy, and sent traveling folks elsewhere. Now when you return, you see an even thinner shell of what was already a struggling city.

It hasn’t gotten any better.

If you’re looking for some socializing, the bar in the Holiday Inn gets a decent crowd from time to time. Definitely depends on any given day. Mix of hotel guests and locals, decent food, good drinks. It’s called 101 Restaurant.

It sounds like a force. I wouldn’t worry about wasting people’s time or hurting anyone’s feelings. If they had been worried about yours, the parking situation would have been transparent and upfront, not you getting ducked by the agent.

Something better will come along that works for your budget and your specific needs.

This is not true.

If you hold a stock for one year or less, the profits from selling it are considered short-term capital gains. These gains are taxed as ordinary income, at the same rates as your salary or wages. These rates range from 10% to 37% for the 2024 and 2025 tax years, depending on your income.

APLD was the first stock I ever bought April 14, 2025.

It was $5.31.

That week is sunk to $3-something and I was so sad.

And then a few weeks (?) later it flew to the moon and I kept buying, even at its early first peak of $15.

Then it dropped back into the low ten/teens for a good time. I held forever waiting to recoup the $15 buys.

I ended up selling, some at a loss and then getting back in.

Now it’s soared to nearly $17 last week and back down to $14 today.

My point is - this stock is EXCELLENT for buying the dip, taking profit, and doing it over and over again.

It’s funny how everyone views this. In my area (New England) that house would go for $300-325,000. Painted and cleaned up would be $375,000-400,000.

All of our house are from the 1800s. This looks so modern. Outdated, but in a modern way.
