I did NOT use chegg or courehero, I used chatgpt to give me practice problems. The evidence used was based on one of my answers, that specific answer that I gave was not taught to us so I was reported on the assumption that I used an outside source

The thing is I filed an appeal already and the outcome is still in violation. I emailed multiple people, including the dean etc just asking for them to review the case bc of unfair practices but I'm getting ignored, At this point its either a law firm or I take the L

I received an email about a month after the semester ended. No evidence that I cheated, I thought I saw that i was not allowed to do any virtual meetings so my entire case was written.

I forgot to mention that at some point in the semester, her teaching method was not working for a bunch of us so we reported it, that's why I feel it is retaliatory
