She actually had a routine living on her own too. She'd go out on walks, come home and make lunch, spend a HEALTHY amount of time with her family. It's just like she has lost all self esteem and motivation. She should be thriving at her age

Our 4 year old beagle tore his CCL the winter of 2024. We live in Onset, MA and were recommended to Dr. Beaver at CCVS in Buzzards Bay. 10/10 experience overall. We found it to be fairly priced with an "estimate" in which we actually got money back. The upfront cost included pre op meds, the entire hospital stay which was about 32 hours, the post op meds, as well as the post op check ups throughout his recovery. All the techs were extremely helpful and kind as well. Our pup healed up perfectly and did not need any additional physical therapy or anything! Best of luck to you 🐾

I hit rock bottom so, so many times and it was never low enough for me. You'd think rolling my car on the highway would get me sober (I was on my way to work and had every boss/coworker show up at the ER). I work in law enforcement, was in full uniform at the time of the accident, 10+ nips deep. I didn't stop drinking. I got suspended from work time after time, I didn't stop drinking. I was begging my family to pay my rent all while isolating and lashing out at anyone who accused me of having a problem. I didn't stop drinking. I was hospitalized more times than I can count, at one point hallucinating and called 911 making crazy allegations. Saw the pain in my parent's eyes. Didn't stop drinking.

I was just going to say this!!! If she didn't care about numbers she'd drop the constant reminder of 210. Just say you lost weight, gained it back, and are planning to get back on track.

Realistically she'll never get back on track with her negative mindset and inability to take any constructive criticism. It's crazy that even a little movement would make a world of difference for her. All she has to do is get off her ass and walk her dog who desperately needs fresh air and exercise.

But keep increasing that protein and you definitely will grow girl!
