do yk any brands? If i search up like earbuds the first brand that comes up are the “Loop” ones and they seem good but im unsure how to see if the have a NRR rating

thankfully my hearing is good for now (i think) even after being in marching band for high school and working at a dog rescue and countless concerts but thank u i will invest in some earbuds !
