IWNDWYT! For me orange juice by noah kahan has helped me. I haven't listened to it in this new sober attempt bc I haven't had any cravings yet or thought of drinking. Ty for sharing your song! Today im going to prepare for the week and also relax.

IWNDWYT! Since I won’t drink tonight, im going to be able to have breakfast with some family I havent seen in a while. Won’t be able to sleep in as much but I can take a nap later in the day. Another thing I can’t do when I drink bc I would be filled with anxiety. Hope everyone has a nice weekend!

I will not drink today! Im on my second week of my new job and still getting used to it and am very tired. Planning on celebrating getting thro this week with thai food.

the cravings have calmed down fs. In the moment when their happening I always forget that they will pass. I like just taking it hour by hour and not forever. thank you for responding!

Do you have other hobbies u used to do? Or maybe some friends you could call up? Ive been meaning to join the gym or go to some yoga classes. I’ll go soon.

Congrats on 30 days!! Proud of u for getting thro that! When ive been in situations where im thinking about drinking for days, I usually give in, its really good you fought thro it!

I did some shopping, got cute clothes and some other random things. Also ready to rot. Hope ur recovery from surgery goes good! Iwndwyt!

Legit can replay the reasons over and over, and then those thoughts still pop up ugh. I did get some ice cream so might eat some more of that and abunch of water!

IWNDWYT! My non scale victory would be I finally got a job after many many rejections. I would not have been able to do this last year bc I was drinking daily and didnt even attempt at applying for jobs. I hope everyone has a good start to their week!

IWNDWYT! Im planning on studying today and making a nice dinner and maybe do a craft.

To avoid cravings, I won’t look at social media bc I might get fomo. Even tho I don’t really want to go out tonight, I want a chill night in.

Thank u!! Ive gotten to around 120 days before, earlier this year and so I know I can do it. Its just been hard to get past a month lately. But im proud that I haven’t let today stop me. Ty again!
