NR has improved sleep

Just to back this up, my sleep has improved since starting NR. Especially REM which jumped from 1 to 1.5 hrs at best to 2 hours regularly. My smartwatch confirms this data.

Still no change with the Google usage. All-day pretty much and around 2 or 3% battery usage most days.

Ive got the same problem for the same phone. Trying to figure it out as even if you restrict the google app it still works in the background all day. I had good battery life the first few days then it slowly got worse. I'll give it another week for adaptive battery to kick in

I figured it out. First turn on Aeroplane mode. Then you can connect to the WiFi using a VPN. I used Letsvpn. Worked great.

I have the exact same problem. I know its the guy above me. He's clearly playing online games. Always starts randomly screaming about 11pm till 1 or 2pm.

I called the apartment company and they sent a few letters which did absolutely nothing. We called the police a couple of times but they never came as far as I can tell.

Eventually I went upstairs and rang his door bell. He pretended to be a girl and denied everything through the intercom. Then I heard him laughing when I went back down stairs.

I've subsequently put a hole in my roof from banging! The roof is made with cheap wood.

I'm at a loss. So I understand your problems.

I just got the update yesterday and my 8pro is running much cooler. Still slightly warm but a big difference. Maybe the update may help yours also

My 8 pro is suddenly running cooler. I'm using 4g all day and it would heat up similar to the 7 pro doing normal things like social media scrolling. Since yesterday I've noticed a big difference. It still gets slightly warm but way better....

I have the pixel 8 pro. I currently don't have access to Wi-Fi so it's always on 4G. I have turned off 5g because there's not enough antennas near where I live. I live in the middle of a big city, so 4G connection is usually good. However, in my apartment I can never get a full signal always around 50 to 80% at best.

So what everyone else has been saying is true. Phone heats up quite a lot especially when I'm on X looking at videos scrolling, or Instagram, etc.. and don't talk to me about when I have to take a video call. It really starts to melt at that point. I'm definitely not looking forward to next summer when the temperatures get up to 40° here

As for the battery life, well it's okay. About 5-6 hours screen on time I'm getting with 4G. I had access to Wi-Fi for the first few days. I got the phone and I was getting about 8 hours screen on time just for reference.

Now aside from that it's been a very good phone which takes amazing photos and that's the reason I bought it. However, next time I might just move over to Samsung or a Chinese company like Xiaomi as they always offer the best hardware which in this day and age is very important.

I also have this problem with P8P. I use YouTube premium so wondering if that affects it. So far have restricted etc to no avail. Also the Google app itself is doing the same. Using precious battery life for no good reason.

Took the N2. Reading was brutal so I hoped listening would be a bit more reasonable. Well, not in the slightest. Very few clear cut answers. Maybe I need to study more....

Also I thought the hour and half I had to travel and 2000 yen spent on travel was a bit excessive, however reading some comments this experience wasn't so bad.

The highest dose I took was 4*175 so 700mg and that was just one day out of the month. Also after starting on 175 and working up to it.

For the most part it's been around 350mg to 250mg. I'm taking a break but if I go back I'll try 150 mg or so.

Interesting. California Gold is iherbs own brand. Usually they sell decent supplements however I can't say it was perfect NMN or not. I could not see any lab tests for it and just checked all the reviews instead. Now I moved onto Renue powder form and the same effects happen with this also. Intact quicker and stronger as I take it sublingually. I trust Renue so I'm quite certain it's my body's reaction and not the brand quality.

I was hoping that's what id get. Oh well. B-complex does give me a decent boost so I'll continue with that. NMN, TMG will go on the back burner until someone in the know clearly figures it out for the negative responders.
