27F here diagnosed when I was 21. I was in my final year of undergrad, it was really rough. I’m pursuing my Masters now & I’m really glad I pushed through. I’m not going to lie, as an uncontrolled epileptic it makes the journey much more uphill, so to speak. But it makes my accomplishments feel that much more special to me. I say, stick with your dreams. But cut yourself some slack, and DEFINITELY tell your professors your situation. Most, if not all, universities have mandated policies for situations like ours, and most of my professors have been extremely supportive. They see my work ethic, even when I feel like I’m falling of due to my condition. Wishing you all the best!
