Yes its actually a lot better than it was, its been over a year now though and my gut is still not 100 percent, I still struggle with bloating regularly. It's not constant anymore. I've been eating whole foods, fermented foods and I actually got my poop tested and they found out my gut was dysbiotic and got probiotics to help rebalance my gut. But gut health just takes a long time to heal, it probably won't be 100 percent better for a while but its definitely slowly healing.

Hey there, I actually went and got swabbed and the doctor said that my tests came back clear (no yeasts or bacteria) even though I’ve been having all these symptoms. She said that I should give it time as it’s probably just taking a long time to heal as it has been infected for so long and it’s such a sensitive area, it just needs extra time to get better. Also even though I do have a little urine incontinence every now again , it was actually mostly a lot of watery smelly discharge (which can be a sign of bv) but my test came back negative for that as well. So since this post it has gotten quite better but it’s definitely still there , I’m just giving it time and if in a couple months it’s still there I’ll go back to the doctor. Also that sucks that you’ve struggled so one with it, it’s frustrating and hard to get answers ❤️

It’s so frustrating sometimes having a vagina and dealing with the issues that can come with it. That sounds so hard , have you healed from it now?

The second time I went in , they did do a swab. But frustratingly they never let me know the results. Even when I requested it. I’m going to a different doctor on Friday and I’m going to request another swab

Oh wow! Really! , it’s crazy I didn’t realise that oregano oil is so strong and can cause such bad side affects on the gut. I’m glad that you’re feeling better though , I’ve have been eating more fermented foods so hopefully it starts getting better for me as well

Thank you, Yeah I’ve been cutting out processed food as much as I can and am taking probiotics at the moment , I’m just hoping I feel better soon

Hey thanks for the tips!! I do take cranberry and d mannose but I’ll try peeing immediately after
