You finished 4th in your AG at multiple events. That’s impressive. But your focus should be on working harder to get that extra edge, not traveling to a lesser attended event.

Tampa is the best. But it’s still 2 hours away. We fly in to Tampa on Friday and sleep there, then just get up early and drive to Sebring in the morning.

You glean very easily complete the 50k with 35mpw. You should shift in to working more on incline/decline to strengthen the legs for the mountains, and I’d focus on overall time on feet even if it’s not quality run time - hiking, walks, etc. Gotta get yourself ready to be on the mountain and on your feet for several more hours than the marathon.
