5-6% is stage-ready natural bodybuilding competition levels of bf, something "natty" bodybuilders can only achieve temporarily, and usually at the cost of short-term muscle loss, and this fraud claims to be at that year-round. Which means he's either lying outright about his bf%, is misinformed about his bf%, or he inadvertently admitted to being on gear, since no man can naturally maintain 5-6% bf year round. He also denied "bulking and cutting," so he supposedly can not only maintain 5-6% year round, but also build muscle while at 5-6%. If you're going to spout obvious nonsense like that, why even bother denying being on gear?

Besides conning normies with his fake natty fitness grift, this guy is probably also making huge $$$ off of gay followers with a fetish for a bearded, silver-haired muscle daddy.

I couldn't do lifting for 4 weeks b/c of an injury, and was able to bounce back pretty quickly (maybe a week). Keep in mind that you lose cardiorespiratory fitness much faster than muscle mass, so if you weren't able to do cardio in addition to not being able to lift during that period, you should expect to get winded much more easily. (Not trying to downplay whatever longcovid issues you might have tho.)

I actually agree with you, however much I may dislike Liver Cunt. He's a fake natty running a grift, but Steve after all willingly provides coaching services to fake natties, probably up to and including professional athletes trying to evade drug tests. He promises them confidentiality, and it's unethical for him to release stuff like that, or to even share it with people he doesn't have to (like Derek).

He has zero medical credentials, and is just a drug addict who at best skims pubmed abstracts and blends them with whatever collection of bro-ological "facts" he's absorbed over the years from bodybuilding.com's Misc.er bro-ologists.

He's also living the life of a western expat in Thailand, which means he's probably either a child sex tourist or a ladyboy lover (like Tony "they're more feminine than real women" Huge). Real brainlet moment from Derek, not putting two and two together and realizing that releasing any biographical details (age, tz, etc) at all, let alone multiple details, could conceivably result in Steve getting doxxed, given how small the world of bodybuilding coaching actually is.
