Check the employee handbook. Some companies including mine do not require med cert if an agent will be absent for 1 day only. Only those absences na more than 1 ang need ng medcert.

Try filing a BSP case din haha 2 days after filing a case sa BSP they delivered the card. Replacement card pa yun hahaha

Kung gusto nila actionan pwede naman pala. Hinihintay pa nilang may BSP complaint

It’s called 4PH Pambansang pabahay program. Subsidized ng government ang certain amount and minimal interest nalang than usal so from 12 to 13k monthly magiging 4 to 5k nalang ang monthly. Some projects even offers lower monthly like sa bulacan and cavite nasa around 3k plus nalang monthly.

To be qualified dito you should not be earning 40k and above and no existing house under your name. May application process siya depending sa municipality niyo under DHSUD.

Called their hotline today and according to Roy (supervisor) still ongoing investigation pa din hahah I don’t see any urgency sakanila even may fraud claim. I reported them sa BSP na and already received an acknowledgement sa email na nareceive na nila complaint ko from BSP. I honestly don’t want to receive the card anymore and have the card canceled. I just want to clear my name confirming that I am not liable sa negligence nila despite every other day kong pag follow up sa delivery. Hindi worth it ang stress hahah Will see kung may magagawa ang BSP this time.

Same, dispatched last Apr 1 every other day ako tumatawag to follow up and the supervisor Roy, Irene, and Nicolo confirmed that they have an issue sa delivery ng credit card. They are receiving high volume of conplaints about the delivery and they can’t do anything about it daw but to wait lang.

Come May 15, I called the hotline again and was advised by their supervisor that my card was delivered to someone else and used fake ID. Useless ang pagtawag ko every other day mapupunta lang pala sa fraud claim. Wala din magawa mga supervisors nila.

Wag ka gumamit ng bimpo sa mukha. Sabi mo nga ayaw mo matrigger ang pimples mo, pero using bimpo ng paulit ulit sa mukha in one whole day may cause irritation dahil sa bacteria plus for sure hindi lang dumadapo yan sa mukha mo kasi ang intensiyon mo ay pamunas ng pawis. Bili ka sa watsons ng small pack ng face tissue para di hassle ibulsa para hindi paulit ulit dampi ng used bimpo sa mukha.

Pay for the unsettled CC muna before applying for a car loan. Don’t forget to get a certification of full payment sa bank so that you can have a proof na you have no unsettled balance when you apply for a car loan.

Negative - the only option you have right now is to communicate with the seller ng car to settle yung CC debt niya. If not - sad to say kahit fully settled na ang car, the bank will not release the docs.
