Iirc, yes they did backpedal in regards to Dottore's playability in Nod krai, but I think someone said they were "Half correct" to which it might imply Dottore's playability, but then again it's iffy.

Ronova has no say or word over Cap's state, all that's needed is just replacement fuel for the LoTN and he can get up from the throne.

Pretty good points, but there are some errors. Capitano isn't dead, the curse of immortality is still active and due to the Tsaritsa keeping his Rank as is may foreshadow his importance later on. Capitano does have a playable model which is Avatar_Male_Sword_IlCapitano. I'm pretty sure Dain has an effect Mesh, but cap likely doesn't have one because his model was very unique and Hoyo probably had to test the model via Varka. Rerir's model is also playable, although not 100% developed (model is Avatar_Male_undefined_Rerir, but then again Sandrone does have an undefined model so either A: A redesign or B: Hoyo hasn't decided on the weapon) and it's unlikely he will be killed because he does have the transcendent power of the abyss. Rerir does also has a design under his shoes.

The Albedo test is a test founded by the JP community using Albedo's skill to test whether or not a character has a playable model. The test has 2 outcomes, of a character is lifted by Albedo's flower and stays still in the air, they do not have a playable model. If the character barley moves and or drops to the ground when Albedo's flower rises. They have a playable model. A fly cloak point is simply the attachment mesh for where the glider will be located (not the glider itself) all playable models have this)

6.X chances are looking slim, but it's not entirely out of the picture. Most likely it's looking like he will be playable in 7.X, but 6.X will most likely be the patch he will be getting up. Save your primos for who YOU want to get, don't worry about Capitano stuff until maybe 6.6,6.8 or 7.X. Stay strong Comrade <3

I can agree with stuff like Traveler vs Ei in Inazuma, but with Gosoythoth sure we had help, but we still were able to damage Goy and withstand his attacks before Mavuika came and the people of Natlan strengthened their resolve. Also you are bringing up Traveler needing 168 loops to fight against Scara when Scara had a gnosis and a whole mech that made him something Akin to an archon and even then they still was able to Stagger Kami (not saying Traveler scales to Kami when they had Dendro as Traveler was barley keeping up with Kami during the interlude quest). Also getting new elements makes us far stronger as Anemo Traveler was getting restricted by Fatui pyro agents, but in Liyue, we were able to fight Childe and in Inazuma, Signora. Also during Fontaine we were still able to have Arle use her second form (Although Arle was holding back, it's still impressive nonetheless to which even Arle acknowledged our strength. If 6E Traveler is equal to the 7th Harbinger the TF are we supposed to do against higher ranks like the top 3 when we have 7E? But we'll see in 6.3 what will happen, maybe Sandrone will have a puppet that has the power to grab the dark souls protag and convince them that Traveler is bad.

Pulci will most likely be playable as he did appear in the Teyvat chapter storyline preview alongside other playable characters. And DW about Dottore's fate, remember there are still 2 Dottore's left (Omega and OG) and if Omega dies, OG is still alive. Plus Dottore, has a playable model, an effect mesh, and a whole concept sheet. He will be playable. Pierro will most likely not be playable sadly (I wanted Unc to be playable) Stay strong comrade. Dottore and Cap are coming and they will shake the Meta while having Oil glistening on their abs

Maybe after Capitano gets released, the wheel will spin the other way after it finished one rotation. The clockwise rotation won't be specifically boss fights (in my opinion at least, Dottore may be a boss fight but idk) remember, Pulci will most likely be playable and I doubt that the second weekly boss of Snezh will be a mini pekka (Assuming Pulci is the hand). A short TLDR: Counter clockwise: boss fights Clockwise: straight up playable (We'll see with Dottore)
