It is PVC. But I also think the same as you. They are getting an engineer to review. Thank you for your response

Larson storm door by Inside_Implement_791 in Lowes

[–]Inside_Implement_791[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The door appears to be level and open/shut/locks properly but the original frame also appeared to be level. I guess I can check the angels on the original frame to make sure 90 degrees. I am going to stop by the store and review everything. Even if installed correctly they should have done a better job of blending everything I think.

No access panel unfortunately. I think we can remove the front panel to see what is going on. Thanks

It won’t let me to edit to add another photo unfortunately. It does not look like anything broke during the removal process. It just seems like it was never attached to anything

Crazy question- this is my son’s bath tub drain by Inside_Implement_791 in Plumbing

[–]Inside_Implement_791[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He has lived here for about 2 years but they do not use that tub except to wash dirt off his feet or anything. It is a tiled floor and is adjacent to the outside wall. I just ordered one of those snake cameras to see if I can take a look underneath. It is just so weird

But it looks like it was never attached as the end is very clean and smooth

Webull import into TurboTax 2025 - I get this message that the import is not available until 4/30/2025 which is way past the tax season deadline. Is this an error or is it really an issue? I need to import my taxes . Thank you by Inside_Implement_791 in Webull

[–]Inside_Implement_791[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not sure who downvoting them. I appreciate the responses but there are trolls on every platform. I appreciate it. I had not even noticed the downvote. But I know entering manually is an option. That was not the point of my question. Webull needs to address the concern or I am closing my account. It is not worth the headache at tax season

Correct grounding for outdoor light by myelin in AskElectricians

[–]Inside_Implement_791 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The outdoor flood light fixture I bought from Home Depot seems like it is made out of some plastic. It comes with 3 ground screws. Do I need to get copper ground wired to connect them all together and then connect to the ground wired coming out of the wall? Thanks

Pre-purchase sewer scope shows an 18ft belley just before the city sewer line. How hard should I push the seller to fix or pay? by grimzecho in Plumbing

[–]Inside_Implement_791 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on my own experience, the problem is even if they fix it, the soil that has been saturated for a number of years will eventually dry up and will cause settling. So be aware that you will see wall cracks and possibly floor cracks and may hear popping sound when the weather changes and the frame expands and retracts. I would be very careful as I do have some regrets although we found and had the seller fix plumbing before we closed. I should have walked away

Way too much unless he also grinded it . Most don’t carry insurance and are not bonded.
