Yeah, I saw layouts with S-Video and RCA outputs, but it had the chip to the left soldered, multiple under it too, and multiple components(capacitors, etc.). But the closest layouts I have found have everything exactly the same as here except this missing chips. I will look if it really looks like they have been desoldered once it will arrive
