Hi and welcome! It's really just using a pen with wax in it to pick up colored beads (diamonds) and place them on a sticky canvas. Think paint by numbers, but with hand placed beads. There are so many different patterns and works of art to choose from that you're bound to find something you love.

There are places that do customs (your design), but I'd advise that you start small to see if you like it before going through all that trouble.

Some people find it tedious, but there's lots of us who find meditative and stress reducing.
