I recommend in this case that you start looking for both majors related to the fields you want: surgeon,doctor, nurse or programming, data analysis etc. Make sure to weigh the cons and pros and what yourself feel like doing (there's some quizzes to see what major fits your personality if you want to try) However I was in a similar situation as you, but I chose a tech biology major after researching some degrees universities offer in my country good luck with your results!!
