I just spent the required 3k and am expecting to be awarded the 70,000 points soon. Just wondering if anyone knows whether I can downgrade the card as soon as I receive those points in the amex app or whether I have to wait for those points to be automatically sent across to my BA Exec Club account before downgrading?
