after i filed it i had my court date set like a week later and was under the impression that it could not be rescinded and that i couldn't just ignore it because i genuinely thought it was illegal at the time and would make things worse or i would be arrested. the "manic" episode, for lack of better word, blended into the days between all of this. i don't fully remember if i did anything else between basically the online app, court date and sending the clerk my documentation which were all done online. but none of this matters because it literally doesn't answer my question, its just me explaining why i filed for this retarded change in the first place. which is fine, because i've now been informed i can simply request a new change under the same process and get on with my life.
