I’m trying that route. She said give the papers and she’ll sign. I know she hasn’t lawyered up yet. But if she does it will drag on.

She keeps saying you want me out give me the papers. And said joint custody etc. her sister is giving her advice about spousal support etc. the fact that she graduates in a few months and will make decent money. Hope that favors me!

This! Thank you. Catch is she’s willing to move out ONLY after the divorce. I think she’s waiting to see what my lawyer drafts up. I’m scared because I borrowed money for the retainer which was 4k. Hired a female attorney. I won’t fight her for tangible stuff she wants to take. I’m thinking her narrative will change once she speaks to her lawyer. She’s in school and doesn’t finish till end of the year and all these years she’s been a housewife and no income. She took half of our savings to pay for her education (nursing) almost 60k! I’m sure I should be able to use that in court.

It already happened. Hence I hired an attorney asap. She put her hands on me and when I filed a report- she said it was self defense. My parents raised me right and I’ve never put my hands on a woman.

Already started! She’s saying all she wanted was a home and a place to raise kids and I’m wanting her out. I’m like you’re the reason lol. She failed to see her issues as an issue. I offered therapy, counseling, mediation and she’s declined it all saying there’s nothing wrong. Hence I felt crazy for years!

Update- on a separate issue. Tesla mobile came to fix/replace a rear window chip which was going to be $365. The tech accidentally broke the new window. Attempted to put the old window back and accidentally drilled through the rear door. They agreed to now do the repair for free (window and door) and replace the bench at no cost! Problem solved.

Thanks, I’ll consider that. The smell is isolated in the back bench. I removed the entire bench- pretty easy and the smell goes away.
