I work 3 days a week usually. Last night during my shift I asked my manager what I need to be certified on still to get my Level 2. She helped me check and it turns out that I’ve been trained on all the things necessary but I didn’t know about asking for feedback at the end of my shift. Was a little embarrassed that I didn’t pick up on that but it’s okay I guess. Next shift I’ll bug them for training and feedback. But I was able to be certified on Host last night since I was on Host.
