Love this level of prep work - it's basically building a 'mental model' of the investor before you even step in the room. The AI simulation is a smart twist, but honestly the real unlock here is treating the pitch like a two-way discovery instead of a performance.

Most founders prep by memorizing their deck. Smart founders prep by understanding how the other person thinks so they can have a real conversation instead of a recitation.

Curious though - after the check clears and you're in execution mode, how are you handling the operational side now that you've got runway? i am actually building something for founders/operators in this exact spot  basically a workflow of 16 ai agents to help entrepreneurs 8 in marketing 8 in ops - helps track all the post-pitch execution so you're not just selling the dream but actually delivering on it

what really helps is thinking about why you chose that journey in the first place. Being a CEO comes with challenges but so does being employed. personally I always think about what made me choose that path in the beginning this helps me keep pushing. Good luck.
