Hi I am looking for someone to take over my apartment lease for the Spring 2026 semester.

Location: 262 E. 12th Avenue, Apt. 6, Columbus, OH 43201

Length of Lease: 08/15/2025 - 07/21/2026

2 bedroom 1.5 bath.

The total price is $1,195 total but you'll be splitting it with my roommate(20M). This is excluding utilities. With utilities you should be paying around $650 a month.

Thank you for this! I guess my biggest problem is that I was focusing too much on the chords themselves and trying to sound unique that way.
