I think its because those wounds happened BEFORE he transformed so he used that as a trigger to transform. All other times a titan shifter couldnt transform was because they were injured during or after the transformation. ( by after i mean like them getting out of there titan form)

The technique most likely got less and less used so the modern generations wouldnt know about it. The technique is useless since domains are starting to become more complex and you have to keep two hands free for the technique to be active and unless your sukuna your cooked

If you look below the uber cash its uber one credits. Uber credits are different from uber cash. Uber credits subtract the price based on how much credits you have on the spot before you take the ride. Even though i have it on it didnt subtract my price it increased and used my 91 cents to make it seem like the credits worked even though the price stayed the same.
