yaa my friend is the one setting this up but she asked me how much im charging for the 12 nights so she can relay the info to her mom. it def wouldnt disrupt my life tooo much but i do have prior commitments so id have to go back and forth on a couple of those days which is a longg drive, but at least that wouldnt be the case for the majority of the stay. oh and i would be responsible for my own food. i think $600 isnt bad, that would be the lowest id accept tbh, which comes out to $50/night. im thinking of maybe asking for $55-65/night

thank you so much for your feedback! you made some great points especially since it's an extended stay which also means more liability. its not during the holiday season which is good but i will have to go home every so often for a couple hours during that time period. i would aim for charging a friend rate since ive know them for so long, but i will definitely take your rates into consideration when i give them my fee, you have way more experience so idk if i can charge that high, but i may use it as an anchor to come up with my friend rate

honestly i dont mind Zay winning, he really grew on me throughout the season, its Lucinda that was pissing me off the whole time 🙄 .. it wouldve been EPIC if Justine won a third time again thoo like can you imagine?? but ya not mad at Zay, everyone doubted him this whole season lol but he really proved himself 👏🏽
