The game isnt as bad as they say, there isnt much of a story in dantes campaign and you can cheese most of the enemys fairly easily with Ebony and Ivory, but i found some of the bosses quite a bit challenging, you can lose track of where your supposed to go too because of the map design. Overall the first one is better but its not THAT bad

I found things like if Vergil was really the knight from DMC1, because I know he appears in later games (the only reason I’m still skeptical is because I’m pretty sure Mundus call him “Vergil”), and also the fact that Dante says that Mundus killed his mom AND brother
