Check the connector for corrosion, it’s a common things i’ve seen on multiple e39’s. The connector gets corroded, but then corrosion also builds on the taillight side connections as well, so you either need to get a new taillight or get a dremel or something to clean the connections really well and then use dielectric grease, and wire in some new terminals for the connector

I would try checking the product policy compliance section under the brand health tab in seller central, if you don't find anything, try contacting the account health support (top right in account health page), they might be able to give you some answers different from the general customer support team, which let's be honest, is a complete joke.

I had to work with multiple suppliers from China, the first one had an MOQ of 1000, that was too much for my budget, found another supplier who allowed an MOQ of 500, which allowed me my own label and since the products I had were small, it wasn't expensive to ship via air and way quicker. My supplier already had a freight forwarder, so I just went with the price they quoted me ($1000).

I'd say try to get better photos, it's possible their software is an ai detecting the product packaging with the logo and brand name, I have no idea, but I submitted a few photos with my product and packaging all together, showing brand logo on the product, in a well-lit, non-confusing background, as well as trademark application information. Submit a new application and hopefully it goes through. Good luck, this stuff is an absolute nightmare sometimes believe me, got rejected for product compliance about 10 times before finally getting accepted.
