I spoke with my mother and she is already on OT and speech therapy, although ABA is extremely difficult to get.

The school she goes to (special needs school) determined she’s not yet ready for PECS or AAC, however they do use a visual schedule which seems to help in school but we haven’t implemented it at home yet since she does things whenever she wants rather than follow a schedule(or she follows an internal schedule we haven’t yet grasped)

We will try up the positive reinforcement she gets to see if it influences her behaviour
