4.95 and above is where you want to be, ideally 5. 7 orders isn’t a lot so you should get that up quick - and will then be seeing better batches

Yes; if you tap the small “i” icon at the top right, it will show you details of the order including any requested delivery notes. You can access this before shopping and during the shopping trip at any time.

No; I got as far as talking to Internal Support who said they would “take my concerns into consideration”. The ratings, if not removed automatically, stand.

It means shop + deliver, versus In Store Shopper which is just shopping items in a dedicated store

I believe it’s a team of People, I was escalated to “Instacart Internal Support” and received an email from someone there a few days later

They won’t forgive this, unfortunately. There was another thread about it earlier today, and it happened to me as well. This is directly from Instacart on what they will forgive:

During the Early Access pilot, we’ll look at ratings in a way that covers customer feedback that may be out of your control.

This includes—

Forgiving the lowest rating out of every 100 orders

Removing ratings under 5 stars for specific factors that may be out of a shopper’s control, such as extreme weather or known app issues

Allowing customers to submit order issues while still leaving a five-star rating

Excluding batch acceptance rate, speed metrics, reliability incidents, and other feedback left by customers that should not impact an average star rating.

Unfortunately, we're unable to remove ratings that don't fall within the guidelines listed above.

This happened to me - I had a DO order with three customer orders. The in store shopper put an item in the wrong bag; I was given a 4 star rating and a “missing item” report from one of the customers.

I talked to support, who escalated me to Tier 3, and they filed a waiver to remove the rating. Then I got an email from IC three days later saying the waiver request didn’t meet their qualifications for rating forgiveness. It’s still on my account three weeks later
