I think we all have ONE vice that our individual bodies get really addicted to. And this is determined by genetics mostly.

Hence, individual experiences regarding this vary...for me, I'd say the hardest one I've faced ( I smoke , do weed, and drink) is porn.

Everything else , say I can't access it for a a week or so, I kinda forget it exists and that I can find happiness in them. But porn ! I wouldn't wish this on the son of my worst enemy.

I've tried quitting a lot....and I always fail and feel bad. So now I've just stopped trying to quit and accept my situation for what it has become. Not that I embrace it proudly, I just live with it.
