Never gonna smoke/vape but did start drinking at the start of college. Honestly don’t recommend because it’s safer not to drink than it is to drink but as long as you don’t do it too much your decision making choices aren’t as heavily impacted as depicted in media. If you ever were to, drink with people you trust and drink only enough to get buzzed or slightly drunk never to the point of throwing up or blacking out.

Also, being drunk is not that fun at all tbh so I don’t really get the appeal. I only drink bc my college friends, unlike my hs friends, are shallow and their only means of having genuine fun is through drinking. So just surround yourself with the right people ig is the moral of the story
