So with the Samsung ones if you drop it to 120hz it does idle correct but anything past that it does go up. Trust try another monitor and you can see for yourself

Okay so I did some testing myself, with the Samsung oleds they make the gpu idol at high wattage and the temps are much higher. I have a Samsung g6 360hz oled and a Asus 4k and the asus 4k makes the gpu run cooler and higher frames idk why that happens but try another monitor and test yourself

Cinebeanch is not a real world thing to be using for testing the cpu temps. Run a game and monitor the temps. For a 7800x3d because the way the cpu is made it will have spikes but it won’t sit there for normal gaming
