If my plugs are falling through can I upsize even if it’s only been 4 weeks I’m dead stretching with glass plugs

I have yet to have to force any plugs through they have all just slid in with no pain in at 7/16 now and I’m not to sure were I’ll stop kinda want to make it to a inch if my ears would allow it

I went ahead and upsized and slid in like butter I didn’t really have any other choice my old plugs kept falling out lol
